Q. Do you provide international shipping?
Yes. We do provide international shipping. (Shipping charges to be borne by the customer.)
Q. How many days would shipping take?
One_of_a_kind products Within India Dispatched in 3 - 6 working days
Made to order or all other products Within India Dispatched in 3 - 10 working days. COD is available only for within India deliveries.
International delivery depends on the courier service in both countries.
Q. How many days would a ‘made to order’ product take to be delivered?
'Made to order' designs may take time depending on the design and avalibility of fabrics . (Minimum 7 days including courier/ delivery time).
Q. What is the process for renting outfits ?
Step 1 - Choose your favourite dress as per your event watsapp us on 9022275597 or add to cart (if product available on our website)
Step 2 - Make the payment RENT + DEPOSIT share screenshot of the payment made and make sure address provided by you is valid. Visit store for pickup or wait for courier (both side courier charges to be borne by you).
Step 3 - Check the condition of dress and inform us as soon as you receive it and give us the dress in same good condition. Do not stain, tear or burn the dress otherwise damage charges apply ( read terms and condition for full details )
Q. How to take care of our products?
Our garments are delicate and require proper care. You can follow the below mentioned steps to increase the life of the products:
- Handwash.
- Do a color patch test for upcycled clothes
Q. How do I customise my order?
You can drop us a mail with regards to customization on silkboutique72@gmail.com leave us a DM on our instagram or WhatsApp us on +91 9022275597 with order number or the image of the product.
Q. Can I change / cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. Just send us an email on
silkboutique72@gmail.com We will initiate a refund on your cancelled order.
Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after payment confirmation* will be eligible for an equivalent amount of store credit only if the process hasn't started as its a custom made dress. Store credit can be redeemed within 6 months on your next purchase from our website. Please note once your order process has begun or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
- If you would like to cancel your order, please login to My Orders to proceed.
- When you receive an email entitled "Payment Confirmation for Order#_______ with silkboutique72.com",your payment has been confirmed.
The store credits are only valid on this website and not applicable on any other website offering Silkboutique72 products.
Rental outfits can't be cancelled. 50% refund is available if rental dress cancelled before dispatch.
